SE Ghana in partnership with British Council Ghana has launched the SE Women Business Accelerator a two-month business support program for 50 women-led social enterprises – businesses that have a clear positive social and/or environmental mission to make them investor-ready and help them raise investment.
Selection Criteria:
a. Women-led CEOs, Co-Founders, or Senior Leadership Team,
b. The business must be in operation for at least 2 years
c. The business must be a Social Enterprise – A social enterprise (SE) is an organization that uses business strategies to achieve social and environmental goals. SE business models include revenue generation, however, the focus of the organization should be social impact first, profits second.
d. It must have the potential to grow significantly
e. You must a woman leader willing and able to attend all sessions
f. You must be a current member or willing to become a member of Social Enterprise Ghana (Scholarships are available on a needs basis for organisations who need support with their annual SE Ghana dues)
g. The organisation must actively be seeking for funds for debt or equity
