Meanwhile, it is no longer news that disengagement is part of the Npower Programme as that is part of the rules of beneficiaries’ engagement. It was clearly stated that beneficiaries of the Npower Programme will be enrolled to serve for 1 year and then give way for new beneficiaries to be recruited.

The better side of it is that after disengagement, qualified beneficiaries can still apply for a new scheme called Nexit Programme as a Npower-exited beneficiary.
If the Nexit program becomes a reality, qualified disengaged Npower batch C1 and 2 volunteers might also benefit from the Nexit Scheme.
